During working hours minimum number of doors consistent with safe working of vessel should be open.
Pumproom doors shall be locked at all times when pumproom is not in use. Cable locker doors shall be locked or secured so they cannot be readily opened.
Pilot ladders shall not be rigged until required.
Accommodation ladders shall only be turned out when required.
Stages, platforms, chairs that are rigged outboard shall be:
- Brought inboard when not in use.
- Unrigged at end of working day.
Tank, cofferdam, and void space hatches shall be closed and secured unless specifically required to be open.
