What is MFAG or MEDICAL FIRST AID GUIDE ?

MEDICAL FIRST AID GUIDE (MFAG):

Guide use in accidents involving dangerous goods. It gives information regarding safety, first aid, and emergency procedures to be followed and action to be taken in the event of an accident involving certain dangerous goods.

Note :-

The MFAG is a supplement to the IMDG code. After looking up the MFAG table number see the table in the MFAG. It gives likely the signs , symptoms, treatment and other advices as per the effect of goods under that table. It suggest treatment in case of skin contact , eye contact and inhalation and the procedure for the treatment.
