Prudonce :-
When complete silence is no longer necessary on the frequency which is being used. It indicates distress in force, but restricted working may be resumed.

Seelonce feenee :-
It means controlling station is announcing that distress traffic has ceased on a frequency which has been used for distress and is no longer necessary and normal working may be resumed.
