The application, in duplicate, duly completed whether with the enclousers, if any, should be forwarded to the wireless adviser to the Govt. of India, ministry of Communication, 20, Ashoka Road, New Delhi – 110 001.
A fee of Rs.5000/- per ship station may be forwarded through crossed Bank Drafts obtained from the State Bank of India. The bank draft should be drawn in favor of “Pay & Accounts Officer (Hqrs.), department of Telecommunications, New Delhi” payable at New Delhi main branch of State Bank of India.

- Ships above 300 tons gross with stations not open to public correspondence Rs.5000/-.
- Ship stations not covered by (I) & (ii) above Rs.5000/-.
