- Lifeboat and launching appliances are subject to a thorough examination annually (Scope of SEQ survey). After the thorough exam, dynamic winch brake test (without compliments) shall be carried out by maker’s authorised personnel or DGS approved service centre.
- Charge mechanical foam extinguishers.
- Inspection/maintenance of on-load release and water spray system (if fitted) shall be carried out as per the maker’s instructions/maintenance manual by maker’s authorised personnel or DGS approved service centre.
- Whenever manufacturer’s certified facilities/DGS approved service centre are not available, other reputed manufacturer’s service personnel may be utilised, subject to the servicing is done in presence of Class.
