3. Liquefied gas in bulk constructed on or after 1 July 1986 : International Certificate of Fitness for the Carriage of Liquefied Gases in Bulk
4. Bulk cargo of more than 2,000 tons of persistent oil: A certificate of Insurance or Other Financial Security in respect of Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage.
