01 Contact Terminal by pre agreed method

(VHF, via loading master, whistle signal etc) and request “Emergency, stop loading”.

04 Call Chief Officer and advise OOW

06 Shut individual tank valves. OOW
07 Inform terminal of reason for stopping. OOW / Chief Officer
